Paige Cottingham-Streater, Executive Director of the U.S.-Japan Bridging Foundation, and Toshihiro Hagiwara, 14th generation tree specialist, at Hagiwara Tree Laboratory in Saitama. The Friendship Blossoms dogwood trees are under Mr. Hagiwara’s care as they await their plantings.
